Detroit native here, residing in Los Angeles. Joined the U.S. Navy at 18 and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom--a war I absolutely disagreed with. After serving in the USN as an Engineering Aide, I went on to work in the corporate world.

Consider me fiscally conservative and socially liberal...and what does that mean? "Government stay out of my money...and let the gay marry his honey!" Yet, my views are more complicated than that.
